Where on Earth is Sibu?
Sibu, situated in Central Sarawak, is a city that proudly preserves its Chinese culture and heritage to a tee. Explore Sibu Central Market – the largest of its kind in Malaysia – and shop for handicrafts, ornaments, trinkets and other small goods at Sibu Night Market. Spoil yourself with some of the best street food around as the entire city is packed with cafes, restaurants, bars and roadside stalls. Visit Malaysia’s first and only medical museum – Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum. The annual Sibu International Base Jump & Carnival invites adrenaline junkies from all over the globe to jump off Wisma Sanyan, a 126-metre building in the city centre.  Sibu is a city of rejuvenation.
