M Signature Revolving Restaurant & Bar
M Signature Revolving Restaurant and Bar, the latest addition to Meritz Hotel, is open for business starting 21st May 2012. Situated on the 18th floor, the revolving restaurant is first of its kind in Miri.
The restaurant has 3 unique features: a revolving platform, pre or after-meal lounge and glass dorm. It has a moving plate turning at subtle speed enabling diners to enjoy panoramic view of city central and surrounding scenic. It takes roughly two hours for the revolving platform to complete a 360 degree turn. The floor-to-ceiling glass window design makes possible a full view of the scenery.
M Signature highlights its lounge area for the need of pre or after-meal cocktail drink with scenery overlooking the city. The last feature is a glass dorm seated on top the outlet that gives an illusion of open air experience for diners. It is able to hold capacity up to 80 pax. The venue offers fine dining experience with modern fusion cooking by our chef’s team.

M Signature adopts table d’hôte menus which consists of four courses with individual selections. ‘Table d’hôte’ is a French term meaning “the table of the host”. Its Set Lunch is priced from RM 49++. Set Dinner is priced from RM 69++, and comes
with a glass of house red wine.
