BROOKE THE ORANGUTAN SWINGS IN IMEX FRANKFURT 2015

FRANKFURT, 19th MAY 2015: The local host committee of the 55th ICCA Congress 2016 (ICCA 2016) in Kuching, Sarawak is promoting the Borneo Orangutan Project from 19th to 21st May 2015 at IMEX Frankfurt.

The Borneo Orangutan Project is a CSR program which aims to increase awareness about the plight of orangutans and their rainforest habitat through global events.

The main attraction will be a lucky draw to Semmengoh Wildlife Centre, where the project is based, to have up, close and personal encounters with orangutans.

Ms.Premala Danapakiam, Director of Sales and Marketing of the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), and representative of the local host committee of ICCA 2016, invites ICCA members to visit the BCCK booth at IMEX Booth number B200 to find out more about the lucky draw. “We are delighted to have the opportunity to work together with the team at ICCA 2015 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to promote our Orangutan Project, so do make sure that you attend the ICCA 2015 congress in Argentina! Not only will the delegates understand the significance of the project, their participation in the lucky draw will ensure positive progress to the cause,” she added.

In addition to learning more about the Borneo Orangutan Project, visitors of IMEX Frankfurt are welcome to have candid photos with “Brooke”, the orangutan mascot for ICCA 2016.
