IMPERIAL HOTEL Miri, formerly known as Imperial Suites Miri, was acquired by Boulevard Enterprise (Miri) Sdn. Bhd. in September 2004. Since then, it has undergone renovation to rejuvenate the said property. Later renamed as Boulevard Group of Companies, the Group has committed to making Imperial Hotel one of the leading hotels in the hospitality industries in Sarawak.

There is also a newly added apartment unit for the physically challenged, located at Level 12.
